    CKC Tuning is an online store specialized in the sale of accessories, components, and products for automobiles, aimed at both private customers and businesses, with distribution throughout Europe.

    These conditions apply to all purchases made through the website by end consumers (B2C) or by professionals or companies (B2B). In case of conflict between both regulations, the mandatory consumer rights according to European legislation shall prevail.

 

  1. Prices and Taxes
    All prices shown in the online store include applicable taxes for orders shipped within the European Union.
    For orders shipped to countries outside the EU (such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway), prices are automatically updated excluding VAT. The customer will be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees required in the destination country.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

The customer will receive a tracking number as soon as the order is processed. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, CKC Tuning is not responsible for possible delays caused by the shipping company or circumstances beyond our control.

 

  1. Made-to-Order or Customized Products
    Some products, such as bumpers, body kits, or other parts made of materials like fiberglass or carbon fiber, are made to order in an artisanal or customized manner.

These products are non-returnable once the order is confirmed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transport. It is recommended to carefully review product descriptions before purchase. In case of doubt, please contact us before confirming your order.

 

  1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
    Consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with European regulations.

However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or clearly personalized products, pursuant to Article 103.c of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

If the product does not fall under this category and the customer wishes to return it, they must:

  • Notify us in writing at shop@ckctuning.com within the legal deadline

  • Return the product unused, in its original condition, and with intact packaging

For returns due to reasons not attributable to CKC Tuning (such as a change of mind), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

 

  1. Legal Warranty
    Products sold by CKC Tuning are covered by the legal warranty applicable depending on the type of customer (private or business) and the type of product. For products subject to wear and tear from use, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects clearly demonstrated and validated by the manufacturer.

 

  1. Liability
    CKC Tuning is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products sold, incorrect installation, or subsequent modifications made by the customer or third parties.

It is recommended that the installation of technical parts be performed by qualified professionals.

 

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    These conditions are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, by current European regulations. In case of conflict, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia (Spain), unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise.
