Some products, such as bumpers, body kits, or other parts made of materials like fiberglass or carbon fiber, are made to order in an artisanal or customized manner.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with European regulations.
However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or clearly personalized products, pursuant to Article 103.c of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
If the product does not fall under this category and the customer wishes to return it, they must:

For returns due to reasons not attributable to CKC Tuning (such as a change of mind), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

Products sold by CKC Tuning are covered by the legal warranty applicable depending on the type of customer (private or business) and the type of product. For products subject to wear and tear from use, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects clearly demonstrated and validated by the manufacturer.

CKC Tuning is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products sold, incorrect installation, or subsequent modifications made by the customer or third parties.
