Exchanges & Returns

At CKC Tuning, we take the quality of our products and customer satisfaction very seriously. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, so here we explain the conditions and step-by-step process.

 

1. Exchanges

We currently do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you want a different product than the one you received (for example, another version, model, or reference), you must:

  • Place a new order for the desired product

  • Request the return of the original item by following the instructions in section 3

This allows us to maintain stock control and avoid shipping errors.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns within 14 days)

According to European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
This right applies exclusively to consumers (B2C), not businesses (B2B).

Conditions for accepting a return:

  • The product must be in perfect, unused condition

  • It must retain its original packaging, accessories, labels, and protections

  • It cannot have been installed, modified, or tampered with

 

Who pays for return shipping?

  • For voluntary returns (change of mind, wrong choice, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or we made a shipping error, CKC Tuning will cover all collection and replacement costs

Once the product is received and its condition verified, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

 

3. Made-to-Order or Customized Products

Legal exclusion of the right of withdrawal
According to Article 16.c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
“goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”

This applies, among others, to products such as:

  • Bumpers and body kits

  • Parts made of fiberglass, carbon fiber, or special materials

  • Items produced on demand or custom-designed

These products are made specifically for each order, often handcrafted, and therefore cannot be returned except in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transport.

 

What to do in case of a defect?
If you receive one of these products with an obvious defect or damage, you must:

  • Notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the defect and the packaging (inside and outside)

  • Do not install or tamper with the product

We will review the case and contact you to assess the best solution.

 

4. How to Request a Return

For any return, please write to us at shop@ckctuning.com including:

  • Your name and order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos if it is a defective product

We will respond as soon as possible with detailed instructions and guide you throughout the process.
